First public release. Generates bounded evidence-labelled Markdown handbacks from Codex exec JSONL/NDJSON and OpenTelemetry OTLP/JSON records inside the runner. Safe mode suppresses imported command text, paths, messages, model names, service names, and tool names. Unsupported formats fail closed. The action makes no outbound request to Traceplain.
