Adds bounded Claude Code stream JSON review. The action pairs tool_use and tool_result events, flags errors, missing results, and file-oriented calls, and keeps assistant-authored summaries separate from recorded evidence. Safe mode suppresses imported names, paths, commands, results, messages, and the input filename. Codex and OpenTelemetry support remain unchanged. Seven parser contracts and the hosted Codex and Claude action smoke workflow pass. The action remains zero-dependency and makes no outbound request to Traceplain.
