Carry the fork's communicating.txt override sentence (origin/local/amicode) into the product AGENTS.md Style & formatting section — stock harness prompts default to terse one-word answers and can fight the injected style without it. Fork-prompt retirement prep. (#800)

The fork's prompt patches retire with the fork; this carries their one load-bearing sentence — the style-section override of any earlier terseness/one-word/CLI-rendering instruction — into the product's AGENTS.md, verbatim, at the top of Style & formatting so it defends the whole block under any harness.
Adjacent content-pin tests pass unchanged (72 passed / 1 skipped); typecheck clean.
