What
Refresh the screenshots in the
harness-iacmplugin README to reflect the latestUI from the resource drill-down work shipped in #172 (IAC-5075).
Changes

Why
The old screenshot no longer matches the current plugin UI. The new images show
the updated resources table and the resource-detail drawer so users evaluating
or installing the plugin see what they'll actually get.
Scope
Docs / assets only — no code or runtime behavior changes.
Testing
N/A — verified images render correctly in the README preview on GitHub.
