Whole-Harness Portability and Governance
Harness Kit can now capture, reconcile, apply, and roll back complete developer harness configurations across Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, OpenCode, Windsurf, Gemini, and Junie.

Verification
- The tagged release hard gate passed manifest validation, dependency audit, generated-data checks, and the complete workspace build/test matrix.
- The standalone macOS CLI passed its packaged-binary smoke tests.
- The macOS desktop application built successfully and both release artifacts include published SHA-256 digests.
Registry preview limitation
The portable registry contract runner and self-hosted stack ship in this release. Managed/self-hosted contract parity has not yet been recorded because no managed registry endpoint or short-lived test token is configured. Organization registry workflows therefore remain marked as a release preview until that external contract gate is completed.
