harnsy v0.6.0

This release is about answering your agents without hunting for their terminal. When Claude Code,
Codex or OpenCode stops on a question or asks for permission, the question and its choices appear
on the dashboard's Home page, and one click answers it. An agent that ends its turn on a question in
plain chat text is flagged there too. Home is now one page of everything that waits for you, and the
dashboard has a new layout built around your project.

New

• Answer agents' questions and permission requests from the dashboard. The question, with its
  choices, appears on Home («Needs you»); one click answers it in the agent's session. The card shows
  the whole question and a button to the agent's terminal. The terminal and the dashboard work side
  by side: the first answer wins.
  • Claude Code: questions with choices and permission requests («Allow once» / «Refuse»), through
    harnsy's answer hook, while a dashboard is open. The installer offers the hook (see «Upgrading»).
  • OpenCode: questions and permission requests, nothing to install.
  • Codex: questions only; Codex takes the answer at the end of its turn.
  • prompts.enabled: false in ~/.harnsy/config.yaml turns it off.
• «Waits for you» when an agent stops in plain text. An agent that ends its turn asking you
  something in chat, not in its question tool, is marked on Home, and its lead is told at once.
• A refused permission is shown in red, apart from agents still waiting for a decision.
• Changes: what agents edit in each worktree. A new section next to Tasks: every git worktree of
  the project with its branch, item and agent, whether its commits are in the base branch and pushed,
  its files and the full diff. When two live worktrees change the same file, Home shows a warning and
  the leads of both items are told (System › Notifications turns both off). You can remove worktrees whose commits are all in the base branch,
  one by one or all at once, after a confirmation.
• Documents for agents. A library of documents for a project and for a role (Roles), with
  versions and rollback; each role document links them, so agents find the team's rules.
• Item types: bug, feature, research or task, on the card and as a board filter.
• HTML reports on items. Agents can attach an HTML page (a chart, a table); the dashboard shows it
  in a sandboxed frame.
• Reject a backlog card with an optional reason; you can bring it back to the backlog later.
• Notifications to leads, your way. System › Notifications: switch each kind of notice
  on or off and set its time.
• Spanish. The whole dashboard in Spanish, besides English and Russian.

Improved

• New dashboard layout. Home is an inbox with three columns: Tasks, Agents and «For information».
  Every section is organized around a project; the chosen project stays when you switch sections;
  projects are a column on the left. Breadcrumbs in the header; agent and role profiles open in a side
  panel from any view; the board and the terminal can go full screen.
• The open tab and entry of Home stay in the address, so a reload or a link lands on the same place,
  and Back/Forward work.
• Terminal tabs: the tab of an agent waiting for a decision gets an amber underline; the harness is
  shown as a colored dot. Keys: Ctrl+Shift+L switches between viewing and typing, Ctrl+Shift+F jumps
  to the next tab waiting for a decision.
• Task cards: checklist progress as a bar; the history reads as short lines; «In progress» and
  «In review» widen when other columns are folded.
• Links can hide harnsy's own notices, to show who really talks to whom.
• A sub-item in review shows in the board's «In review» column, marked «part of #N» with its
  parent's title, so you no longer open the parent to find it.
• Ctrl+Enter (⌘+Enter on macOS) sends a comment.
• «Run the initiator» opens in a window instead of leaving the Roles page.
• harnsy uninstall undoes what harnsy install did and keeps what still runs.

Upgrading

• Run the install command below again. The database updates itself on first start.
• harnsy opens agents in tmux (Linux and macOS); the installer offers it when it finds it. On
  Windows harnsy opens no agents: messages, teams and the dashboard work without a terminal.
• To answer Claude Code from the dashboard, say yes when the installer offers the answer hook. It
  shows the change to Claude Code's settings and keeps a backup. New Claude Code sessions pick it up;
  running ones keep working as before.

• 1 project, at most 10 agents running at once, one machine (no nodes or cluster mode).

Этот релиз — о том, чтобы отвечать агентам, не разыскивая их терминал. Когда Claude Code, Codex или
OpenCode останавливается на вопросе или просит разрешения, вопрос с вариантами ответа появляется
на «Главной» дашборда, и ответить можно одним нажатием. Агент, который закончил ход вопросом обычным
текстом в чате, тоже отмечается там. «Главная» теперь — одна страница со всем, что ждёт вас,
а дашборд получил новую раскладку вокруг проекта.

Новое

• Ответ на вопросы и запросы разрешений агентов прямо из дашборда. Вопрос с вариантами
  появляется на «Главной» («Ждёт тебя»); одно нажатие отправляет ответ в сессию агента. В карточке
  весь текст вопроса и кнопка к терминалу агента. Терминал и дашборд работают параллельно: засчитывается
  первый ответ.
  • Claude Code: вопросы с вариантами и запросы разрешений («Разрешить один раз» / «Отказать») —
    через хук ответов harnsy, пока открыт дашборд. Установщик предложит хук (см. «Обновление»).
  • OpenCode: вопросы и запросы разрешений, ничего ставить не нужно.
  • Codex: только вопросы; ответ Codex получит в конце своего хода.
  • prompts.enabled: false в ~/.harnsy/config.yaml выключает эту возможность.
• «Ждёт вас», когда агент остановился на вопросе текстом. Агент, который закончил ход вопросом
  в чате, а не через свой инструмент вопросов, отмечается на «Главной», а его лиду сразу приходит
  сообщение.
• Отказ в разрешении показан красным — отдельно от агентов, которые ещё ждут решения.
• «Изменения»: что агенты правят в каждом worktree. Новый раздел рядом с «Задачами»: все git
  worktree проекта с веткой, карточкой и агентом, влиты ли коммиты в основную ветку и отправлены ли
  на сервер, файлы и полный diff. Если два живых worktree меняют один файл, «Главная» показывает
  предупреждение, а лидам обеих карточек приходит сообщение (Система › Уведомления выключает и то,
  и другое). Worktree, чьи коммиты все в основной
  ветке, можно удалить по одному или все сразу, после подтверждения.
• Документы для агентов. Библиотека документов проекта и роли (раздел «Должности»), с версиями и
  откатом; документ каждой роли ссылается на них, так что агенты находят правила команды.
• Типы карточек: ошибка, новая возможность, исследование или задача — на карточке и в фильтре доски.
• HTML-отчёты в карточках. Агенты прикладывают HTML-страницу (график, таблицу); дашборд
  показывает её в изолированной рамке.
• Отклонить карточку из бэклога — с причиной или без; позже её можно вернуть в бэклог.
• Сообщения лидам — как вам удобно. Система › Уведомления: каждый вид сообщений можно
  включить или выключить и задать его сроки.
• Испанский. Весь дашборд на испанском, вдобавок к английскому и русскому.

Улучшено

• Новая раскладка дашборда. «Главная» — входящие в три колонки: «Задачи», «Агенты» и «Для
  информации». Все разделы построены вокруг проекта; выбранный проект сохраняется при переходе между
  разделами; проекты — колонкой слева. «Хлебные крошки» в шапке; профили агента и роли открываются
  боковой панелью из любого раздела; доску и терминал можно развернуть на весь экран.
• Открытая вкладка и запись «Главной» сохраняются в адресе: после перезагрузки или по ссылке
  вы попадаете туда же, кнопки «Назад» и «Вперёд» работают.
• Вкладки терминалов: у вкладки агента, который ждёт решения, янтарное подчёркивание; harness
  показан цветной точкой. Клавиши: Ctrl+Shift+L — переключить просмотр и ввод, Ctrl+Shift+F — перейти
  к следующей вкладке, которая ждёт решения.
• Карточки задач: прогресс чек-листа полосой; история — короткими строками; колонки «В работе» и
  «На проверке» становятся шире, когда остальные свёрнуты.
• «Связи» умеют скрывать центр harnsy (его служебные сообщения), чтобы было видно, кто с кем говорит на самом деле.
• Подзадача на проверке видна в колонке «На проверке» доски с пометкой «часть #N» и названием
  родительской карточки: открывать родителя, чтобы её найти, больше не нужно.
• Ctrl+Enter (⌘+Enter на macOS) отправляет комментарий.
• «Запустить инициатора» открывается в окне, не уводя со страницы «Должности».
• harnsy uninstall отменяет то, что сделал harnsy install, и не трогает то, что ещё работает.

Обновление

• Запустите команду установки ниже ещё раз. База обновится сама при первом старте.
• harnsy открывает агентов в tmux (Linux и macOS); установщик предложит его, если найдёт. На Windows
  harnsy агентов не открывает: сообщения, команды и дашборд работают без терминала.
• Чтобы отвечать Claude Code из дашборда, согласитесь, когда установщик предложит хук ответов. Он
  покажет изменение настроек Claude Code и сохранит резервную копию. Хук подхватят новые сессии Claude
  Code; уже запущенные работают как раньше.
