Version 3.0.0

This release migrates fastify-mcp to an ESM package. This change aligns the package with the direction of the rest of the Node.js ecosystem.

Breaking changes

  • We now supply ESM exports only. If you consume the package with require(), please consider moving to imports instead.
  • We now explicitly disallow imports of files not exported from the package (see the "exports" field in package.json).
  • The public facing API remains the same, only the module format has been updated.
