Civil-Column-Design ver 1.0.0

This is the first release obviously this release has many bugs.
To avoid the bugs please enter the following inputs in the beneath order:

1. enter the story spaces between 400 to 600 cm
2. enter the y spaces between 450 to 650 cm
3. enter the x spaces between 450 to 650 cm

this is temporary and I am also working on it to support wider range of spacings and implement a validation in the UI/UX of the application.
