Fixes

• Auto delete backup if not used to restore before exit.
• Baseline snapshot - Captures all existing .mp4 files BEFORE triggering pre-process
• Detects new files by comparing against baseline instead of timestamps
• Catches instant pre-processing that was previously missed

Increased Timeouts

• Extended to ~1 week for larger projects
• Removed motion blur fallback code

Added Status Overlay

• "🔒 Input Blocked..." - During keyboard automation
• "Pre-processing..." - 3 sec after pre-process starts
• "Done! Export when ready." - 4 sec at completion
• Overlays auto-cancel each other (no stacking)
• White text with black outline (visible on any background)
• Bottom center of screen

Safety

• 10 sec watchdog failsafe auto-unblocks input
• atexit handler ensures input unblocks if app crashes
