Fix

Dynamic port selection for OpenCode server

If the configured port (default 39147) is already in use — for example, another OpenCode instance is running — Relay now automatically picks a random available port from the 30000–40000 range instead of crashing.

  • Checks if the preferred port is free before starting
  • Tries up to 10 random 5-digit ports if it's occupied
  • Falls back to OS-assigned port as last resort
  • Logs the selected port for visibility
