Weave.ai: an orchestration layer that turns short generated clips into coherent, long-form video with continuity, character, and timeline control.
Weave is an agentic orchestration layer and studio for generating long-form, consistent video content from simple ideas. The user starts with a single input — a short text, an image, or a loose concept — and Weave’s entry agent begins a feedback loop to clarify intent, tone, and style. Once the vision is clear, Weave breaks the project down into a tree of generation nodes: characters, scenes, voices, and transitions. Each node represents an autonomous sub-agent that handles a part of the production, while a shared continuity state maintains consistency across the entire video.
As the video is generated, the right side of the interface shows this evolving tree in real time — a transparent map of the creative process. Users can click into any node as it’s producing, view intermediate outputs like character images or draft scenes, and make edits at designated checkpoints. The left side hosts a chat interface that acts as a live control room; changes made there — “make the lighting warmer,” “change her expression in scene two,” or “use the same tone from scene one” — are interpreted contextually, updating the relevant state and triggering re-generation where needed.
Behind the scenes, Weave ensures every frame, voice, and transition aligns with the global continuity graph. Each character is defined by a detailed JSON that stores appearance, voice profile, and emotional state, updated as the story progresses. The end frame of each scene becomes the input to the next, keeping visual and narrative flow intact. The final result is a single, coherent long-form video where every element connects — a story literally woven together by intelligent orchestration.
