Check common WooCommerce product CSV mistakes before import: duplicate SKU/ID, decimal prices, record widths and variation Parent references. WordPress admin, WP-CLI and standalone PHP CLI. No product writes or store lookups. Reports contain record numbers and finding codes, not product values.

Downloads and usage

Choose wc-product-csv-preflight-0.1.0.zip for WordPress installation. -source.zip includes build tooling. SHA-256 sidecars accompany both archives. The release workflow attaches downloads automatically.

Open Tools → Product CSV Preflight on a development site, or run php bin/preflight.php products.csv. Uses English headers and an explicitly selected delimiter. Deutsche Anleitung.

Validation scope

PHP syntax and package assembly passed on PHP 7.4, 8.1, 8.3 and 8.5. No functional test suite, actual activation or live WooCommerce integration validation has been performed. A clean report does not guarantee import success; attributes, images, dates, store identities and custom mappings are not checked.

Independently authored; no commercial plugin code or customer exports included. GPL-2.0-or-later.
