Read appVersionName Gradle property to derive versionName and versionCode
(major*10000 + minor*100 + patch) at build time. Dockerfile forwards the
VERSION build arg to Gradle; the GHA workflow extracts the semver string
from the pushed tag and passes it through. Local builds fall back to
versionName=0.0.0-dev / versionCode=1.
