What's the problem?

learn/networks/testnet/nodes.mdx hardcodes testnet node ips (e.g. 34.94.106.61, 0.testnet.hedera.com) in an html table; ips drift over time. the same risk applies to the mainnet node listing.

Suggested fix (optional)

scope

• verify testnet and mainnet node ids/ips against the current address book.
• update stale entries; convert the table to markdown while editing (overlaps issue 4).

acceptance

• node data matches the current address book (cite source/date in the pr).
