🌟 What is the purpose of this PR?

This PR adds more verbose logging to our npm release workflow, as there are still errors which are not described in the current output (I have tried to debug locally but the relevant commands all work without error, even in a fresh clone of the repo).

This PR also sets block-design-system to private as we don't need to publish new versions.
