Description
It looks like this was suggested in the past, but never implemented. I couldn't find a ticket tracking it (or saying why it wasn't implemented if there's good reason)
The gist is --qual=original would qualify identifiers in a module's Haddocks the same way it is qualified at that definition in that module's source.
