Emit warnings on deprecated syntax when parsing Haddock comments

The following constructs are deprecated and will be removed in a future release:

• [...] syntax in favor of [...]: for definition lists
• <url label> syntax
• <<...>> syntax for images

To ease the transition Haddock should emit a warning when encountering any of those constructs.

This is a follow up to #340.
