ClineFlow’s first formally citable GitHub release, prepared for archival by Zenodo.

Highlights:

• Adds Citation File Format 1.2.0 metadata for Hassan Uriostegui.
• Publishes ClineFlow’s persistent-context and Open Knowledge Format workflow as a versioned research software artifact.
• Includes the installation-first documentation, transactional lifecycle tooling, synchronized durable knowledge workflow, and optional Knowledge Visor.
• Passes the complete ClineFlow lifecycle certification, including installation, historical updates, rollback, removal safety, release contract, OKF, knowledge synchronization, and whitespace checks.
