Emerging into stable releases for production deployments

Established branch scheme for stable releases with v1.2.1 Tag in branch release/v1.0.0, this includes:

• release/* stable branches (only hotfixes - tested via feature branches)
• main + feature branches for dev and unstable items
• no new features of the main function

Cleanup:

• removed the old installation procedures

Dev:

• Introduction of pre-commit and post-commit hooks for updating keywords. (template auto gen)

Default Proxies and further improvements

• default proxies (used before a avahi search)
• options: set-default and defaults (list)
• help

Next release

Including features like:

• extend caching to also cache no-found proxy state
• debug reveals ms execution time
• timeout for check_proxy
• cache age per entry not per whole file.
• cache leading url not full, as i get called for all packages also.
• learn working in general and use them for new urls first
• limit wget check to 10 bytes
