Removed CONFIG_REPO_RW_APP_ID from deploy.yml
… repo instead of env.
… repos vars and not in the env. This get's passed inherently from each repo.

CONFIG_REPO_RW_APP_ID and CONFIG_REPO_FULL_NAME are variables located in each repository and not in the environment. This change allows those variables to be picked up and used. Not from the
