Fetch only the current sprint by default, full list on demand

The task list now loads with a sprint-scoped TP query
(TeamIteration.IsCurrent), which is ~8x faster than paging the full
assignment history. The sprint filter gains a "Current sprint" default;
choosing "All" or a named sprint fetches the complete list once.
