兼容性修复:适配 dsh 0.1.6 / 0.1.7。 修复客户端 pending (waiting for service: settingsScope) 加载失败——宿主 0.1.7 已移除该服务,本插件客户端 inject 收敛为 ['slots', 'locale'],设置改为插件自管 JSON(不再依赖宿主 settings 契约),0.1.5 / 0.1.7 双列车可用。
