Refreshes the canonical ecosystem snapshot for hayate-mcp 0.11.1, hayate-openapi 0.6.0, create-hayate 0.7.1, golden-app, and the FolioMCP production Workerd consumer.
Evidence includes the successful 112/112 create-hayate composition matrix with a pinned aggregate artifact SHA-256, plus a fresh canonical production scaffold test.
