Summary

• promote MCP 2026-07-28, hayate-mcp 0.12.0, and create-hayate 0.12.0 into the canonical ecosystem manifest
• vendor and verify the immutable golden-app snapshot from its passing main commit
• record 52/52 backend and 112/112 frontend scaffold evidence, including the aggregate digest
• regenerate compatibility JSON/Markdown, organization profile, start/production guidance, and agent guidance
• separate benchmark publication date from capability review date so updated feature evidence cannot relabel older measurements
