  • jj (Jujutsu) support: Zcode now understands jj repos alongside git. The toolbar shows the current bookmark or change ID, the Changes tab lists jj changes and diffs, and jj workspaces are grouped in the sidebar like git worktrees. New workspaces appear automatically.
  • Hands-off in jj repos: version control stays with your agent. Git actions (commit, push, pull, stash, branch switching) are hidden for jj repos, and the Zcode skill tells the agent to use jj.
  • Clean jj history: Zcode's own skill and hook files are kept out of jj changes.
