PRAYCG Control Center v0.6

The PRAYCG Control Center is a usability layer, not a new analysis engine.
It should launch and organize:
MediaPrep Suite;
acquisition scripts;
Polar H10 stream;
Vernier respiration stream;
BrainFlow EEG-only;
BrainFlow EEG+ALS;
LabRecorder;
PsychoPy runner launcher;
Master Comprehensive Analysis Suite;
Visualizer;
Offline Interpreter.
Design principle:
orchestrate tools as separate subprocesses; do not merge everything into one fragile mega-program.

This allows PsychoPy, BrainFlow, BLE, LabRecorder, and analysis tools to fail independently without
killing the Control Center.
Patch: .6 fixed a win2 error when launching scripts from the control center.
