v0.16.0 — blob URL frames and scrollable preview

  • Report frames load through a blob URL instead of srcdoc: table-of-contents
    anchor links scroll in place instead of blanking the frame.
  • The collapsed preview has no overlay: it stays scrollable and
    expand/collapse lives on the header button.
