Bug: Issue search only works when issue is visible #8420

Hi!
Only visible issues (loaded once) can be found when searching for issues.
We have more issues than are loaded by default:
When searching for an issue that is not loaded (e.g. item 62 in this case), the issue doesn't appear as a result of the search. Loading the additional issues (show more button) doesn't resolve the problem (it seems like using the search hides the additional items again).
