Bug(Filters): filter by Birthday - this month is wrong

I have 2 employees, one of them has birthday in april (Lex)

If I choose Filters -> Birthday -> This Month
list became clear, but I expect Lex is there, cause his birthday is 30 of april

It's not a bug. Filter respect year, it means "this month" it is exactly this month, from 1 April 2025 00:00:00 to 30 April 2025 23:59:59

We don’t care about the field’s meaning — it’s simply a field that contains a date, and the filter matches exactly that date. For example, we don’t want to see issues whose due date was a year ago or will be sometime next year, right?

I think what @kotolex is expecting by this month filter is that when I wanna filter something by this month I would like it to filter only based on month regardless of year so if my birthday is 22 April 2022

filter for this month april 2025 month being important part we want the filter work.
