What does this PR do?
With this PR you can add custom domains (which are verified by a DNS record), this allows users to join a workspace without needing an invite link from an admin.
It may also be used to ensure users sign up with an authorized email after receiving an invite, this is currently not the case.
Another feature we've added is an option that allows admins to forbid users with a role lower than
