Fixes

  • Active boot slot switch: ksud post_ota now calls bootctl set-active-boot-slot <0|1> as two argv entries, and checks hal-info / get-current-slot / set-active exit codes (no silent skip).
  • Flash UI distinguishes partition-write success vs slot-switch failure.

Split (Phase 0–1)

  • Spec: docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-06-loader-pm-split.md
  • Code: LoaderClient / PackageClient façades (still single APK; dual-APK later)

CI

  • husky-release is manual only (workflow_dispatch) to save Actions minutes.

Notes

  1. Install HuskySU.apk (production-signed).
  2. Keep matching android14-6.1_kernelsu.ko for boot-patch / align when needed.
  3. Slot switch: Home → install to inactive slot; logs should show Switching active boot slot / Active boot slot switch complete.
  4. Without a completed system OTA, do not reboot into the opposite slot unless it is known bootable.
