Correct OTA flow (Pixel Virtual A/B)

1. System update finishes installing — do not reboot yet
2. HuskySU → Install to inactive slot
3. Return to System Update and tap Restart

If a previous failed boot cleaned snapshots, re-download/re-install the OTA on the current slot first.
