Dure v0.2.40 Public Beta for macOS Apple Silicon.

Changes since v0.2.38:

• Reconnect a failed terminal view to its existing live session without replacing the provider process, and recover a demonstrably failed shared text decoder with one bounded retry.
• Reduce repeated buffer preparation when native Codex drivers receive large messages while preserving payload integrity and the existing message limit.
• Validate pane drop targets and retain drag previews across target changes to reduce preview churn and preserve panes after a failed move.
• Refresh repository eligibility when opening agent forms, with retry for unavailable checks and retained drafts.
• Accept JSON screen receipts for unnamed managed sessions without inventing a session name.

Verification: explicitly authorized 0.2.x emergency beta; full native regression is deferred. Apple signing/notarization, updater signature, artifact integrity and isolated macOS packaged acceptance remain required. Other native platforms and live provider-account acceptance are outside this release's scope. The original trigger for simultaneous decode failures and remaining contributors to driver CPU usage are still under investigation (#143, #145).

Basic and Beta interfaces. Developer ID signed; the app is notarized and stapled. Installation and restart require your explicit action.
