Horizontal scroll is broken in the editor

The horizontal scroll is not working properly. When the code lines exceed the screen width, I can't scroll horizontally to see the rest of the code

Seems like the issue has been introduced in the 9.9.0

9.9.0
FIX: Cursor jump on typing.
FIX: Frozen horizontal scroll on dynamic font size.

Can you switch back to 9.8.0 to confirm whether this happening or not? So I can fix this in the upcoming release.

Yes, the problem does not exist in version 9.8.0.

So, please use 9.8.0 for now, I'll fix the issue in the upcoming 10.0.0.

Also, when you drag to see the rest of the code and try to select it, it doesn't accept the selection. This is another problem.
