• Update makepkg flags from makepkg -s to makepkg --sync --rmdeps --clean to save on potential space
• Remove wget and github-cli from the base docker image as they are not actively being used
• Add a default /etc/pacman.conf file to the base docker image to add the multilib repository by default to allow for multilib package builds
• Add --noconfirm to pacman -Syu command in entrypoint.sh
