• Fixed rewrite conversations so follow-up context is preserved, canceled sessions restore the latest answer, and repeated or malformed responses are rejected.
• Kept remote model credentials out of metadata loads and resolved protected values only when sending requests.
• Fixed history clearing and retention so removing one category preserves other entries, including meeting history.
