FullVahti 0.1.7 — fix the write-back door on Zotero 9

Fixes the CiteVahti write-back door on Zotero 9.

On Zotero 9 the plugin's GET /fullvahti/ping endpoint hung instead of responding, because its handler was synchronous — on Zotero 9 a sync endpoint that returns a value never replies. Made it async (matching the already-working /fullvahti/tag handler), so reachability checks (and CiteVahti's citevahti status) now see the door correctly.

The tag-writing itself (POST /fullvahti/tag) already worked; this only fixes the ping/availability check.

After updating

1. Zotero → Settings → FullVahti → enable "Allow CiteVahti to write tags".
2. Click "Generate new token" and copy the value (the field is read-only — the button creates the token).
3. Give that token to CiteVahti ($CITEVAHTI_FULLVAHTI_TOKEN), set writeback.kind = local_addon, and CiteVahti can write status tags into your library through the local, token-guarded door.

Open-access PDF fetching is unchanged.
