Ported the viewer to Bevy 0.19, which fixes the screen flickering seen on many Android devices (a missing-synchronization bug in the Vulkan renderer, fixed upstream in wgpu). Lowered the minimum requirement to Android 9 (API 28), and improved edge-to-edge system-bar handling and split-screen touch alignment.

This APK is the reproducible F-Droid release: built from source at tag v1.29 and signed with the project's own key (certificate SHA-256 0bc6a6264f97dd09fe46616daa0aea8a6bab013f12cfc4bccda54cc5b54c1a05).
