Fixed

  • T1 session lifecycle on armed pass-through boxes (nexus-maf9l). On a box
    armed for data-token self-minting (RDR-005 step (d)), the persisted
service_token is the scope=mint-locked credential, and the engine rejects
mint scopes outside the mint surface — so the T1 session mint 401'd on
    /v1/sessions/start and T1 scratch died box-wide once pre-armed leases
expired (T2/T3 were unaffected). The four session-lifecycle call sites now
present the client's minted data token (HttpTokenStore(prefer_data_token=True)),
with invalidate-and-retry-once on a stale token; unarmed and local installs
are unchanged. The engine half (data-scoped session mints, ceiling-bounded)
    has been live since engine-service-v0.1.91.

Infrastructure

  • RDR-197 plugin channel: first real cut shipped and the machinery hardened
    (nexus-a2wmi.12).
plugin-v7.24.0-1 (the SessionStart T2-summary fix for
armed boxes, nexus-znvjd) was the channel's first cut; the ten machinery
defects it surfaced are fixed (PRs #1492–#1494, #1496), the back-merge has a
dedicated resolver (scripts/plugin_cut_back_merge.sh), and every future cut
is preceded by the end-to-end rehearsal tests/e2e/plugin-cut-rehearsal/run.sh
(fake origin; the cut's own battery; the cut PR's CI on depth-1 merge-ref and
tagless shard shapes; the tag workflow's steps; the back-merge). This release
resets both plugin pins from the anchored form to v7.24.1.
  • The suite's real-config-dir guard allowlists the two ambient writers an armed
box has (data_token_lease.<digest>, aspect_wake), with measured evidence.

Known issues

  • The engine resolves its ONNX models from the passwd user.home while the
client provisions them under $HOME (nexus-ogccs): any HOME override yields
a green nx init then an engine crash at first boot. Fix requires an
engine+client pair; tracked for the next engine cut.
