Added

• Post-commit review bursts are queued and drained instead of dropped
  (nexus-jh86x follow-up). When a reviewer is already running, the hook
  appends HEAD to one queue per repository and the running reviewer,
  dispatched with nx review commit --drain, reviews the queued shas
  before it exits. Measured before: 6 of 9 commits in one push were never
  reviewed. nx census reviews now names every commit since the newest
  reachable tag with no review record, by sha or by patch hash, and
  reports the queue depth.
• nx rdr repeat RDR (nexus-axwpn): sends an RDR's design section to two
  claude -p models, asks each for an implementation plan, and reports
  where the plans diverge in steps, files and decisions. Two aliases that
  resolve to one model are refused.
• RDR supersedes edges are indexed and part of the lifecycle
  (nexus-y8bkt): nx rdr set-status superseded seeds the edge the
  dependency walk needs, and the superseded_by value is parsed with the
  anchored RDR-NNN extractor, never a digit search.
• Gates that passed on a fallback say so (nexus-1c7oq): a
  GATE PASSED-BY-DEFAULT: <gate> <reason> line names the default the
  green rests on, including the four paired-acceptance rows where a
  below-floor cloud passes on the paired tag.
• Checked tables carry [[impossible]] guard pairs instead of dropping
  values from a domain (nexus-q9u2n).

Changed

• Linux installs resolve CPU-only torch by default (nexus-mt1tj); the
  CUDA wheels are no longer pulled onto a box that never uses them.
• A Markdown or RDR file inside a git checkout registers under that
  repository's catalog owner whichever command indexes it (nexus-3o4lt).
  nx index md and nx index rdr on a repo file no longer mint a
  curator-owner row carrying an absolute path; a file that exists only
  in a nested worktree is refused before any chunk or catalog write, and
  the CLI fails loud. PDFs, files outside any repository and the nexus
  config directory keep the corpus identity.

Fixed

• The indexer counts a registration as new only when the engine says it
  created the row (nexus-53cae). Reconciled registrations were reported
  as "199 new" on every post-commit index run for weeks.
• A review of an amended or rebased commit whose patch is unchanged is
  skipped, and the subject is taken from the diff header (nexus-yh25a).

Documentation

• JDR-001 is the only full text of the T1 three-scopes contract;
  AGENTS.md and docs/architecture.md keep a summary and the pointer.
• RDR-079 self-declares its id and the calibration artifact declares
  itself a companion note, so the dependency link generator resolves the
  shared number to one file.
