Fixed

  • The agent ledger projection hook never wrote to the tuple space on any installed box: on a managed-service (cloud) install it resolved no engine endpoint, and on a local install it presented only a data-token lease that local installs never hold. The projector now resolves the endpoint the way the client does and, on a local supervisor, presents the supervisor lease's own token; a report projection tolerates a missing agent_type (nexus-0zsmg, nexus-g2lln). The plugin-only cut plugin-v7.41.0-1 carried the same fix but a same-version tag move does not refresh an installed plugin (nexus-konsk); this release moves the version so installs pick it up.
  • Release gates: the fresh-install MVV and the cloud client-path gate now drive the projection hook wrappers on each install class and read the tuples back before a tag; tests/e2e/post-publish-dispatch-check.sh proves a real dispatch reached the ledger after publish.
