PROFES 2026 Reproducibility Artifact v2

De-identified evidence archive and source snapshot for Evidence-Calibrated Runtime Reconstruction for Agent Skills Across Heterogeneous Coding Agents.

This revision binds the archive to the public source snapshot that includes authenticated self-hosted runtime collection and fail-open remote relay support.

The clean public snapshot passes 279 tests with 10 environment-dependent skips and four subtests. The archive contains 556 checksum-bound artifacts, opaque repository-profile aliases, the PAI-DSW environment fingerprint, the native Linux sender, and an offline verifier.

It contains no source-repository contents, raw Agent sessions, credentials, emails, internal domains, user names, IP addresses, or machine-local paths. Historical experiment reports retain their original provenance; this release supports protocol/output audit and deterministic verification, not bitwise regeneration of live Agent or model calls.
