libtrippin is now more massive than ever.

Logs are now separate functions (tr_log, tr_liblog, tr_warn, tr_error)
Vector4s (TrVec4f and TrVec4i)
Slices now come with a lot of typedefs (they're just for clarity)
tr_hex_rgb so you don't have to put ff at the end of your colors
Fixed some pedantic shit
