Render --help=cookbook from the help model - #389

Route --help=cookbook (aliases examples / recipes) through TopicReference to the existing BuildExamples() model section - the same nodes already in --help=full / --man / --markdown - so the standalone topic wraps to --width and stays in lock-step with the full reference (one SOT, CookbookRecipes()). Delete RenderCookbook and its RenderHelp branch. No XFF.md change (--markdown already rendered BuildExamples). Update help_render_test (cookbook now model-rendered) and help_topic_test.sh (model intro wording).
