Add cache hardening and named wp-env test coverage

  • improve page/object cache safety, request bypass checks, and atomic writes
  • add render cache invalidation for Bricks and render-affecting options
  • harden database backup storage, protection files, and legacy backup handling
  • run wp-env through a named Docker Compose project for identifiable containers
  • expand PHPUnit and Node coverage for the new cache, backup, and wp-env behavior
