Added desktop environment detection and wayland support

  • Detects wayland or x11
  • Uses pipewire for wayland
  • Improved performance on wayland (1ms capture + process time vs 22-25ms on x11)
  • Known issue with some full screen games bypassing a full monitor pipewire stream on Gnome. Work around is to start the game, then run the app, and select the game once its loaded.
