LM Studio Integration Improvements

• Wildcard Model Routing: LiteLLM proxy now supports wildcard (*) model matching
• Any model loaded in LM Studio will automatically work without manual config changes
• No more "Unexpected endpoint or method" errors when using local models

Technical Changes

• Updated litellm_config.yaml with wildcard model support
• Updated default config generation in litellm-service.ts
• Added explicit devstral-small model configuration
