Workspace limits on moving around

@gquiring thank you for the video, it showed the cause. The point the view turns and pans around could only go as far as the plate (and as far as the part you last took with "Center view on selection"). Your parts lie far to the left of the plate, so the view could not follow you over to them. I changed it: the point now reaches every body in the design. It will come with the next release. Until then you can select a part and press F, which takes the view to it and widens the range up to that part.

Tell me if I read the video wrong and it is something else that stops you.

@gquiring, it is out in 1.87.0: the point the view turns and pans about now reaches the farthest body of the design, so you can get to parts that you laid far from the plate. Reload the page to get it; the installed app needs a restart.
