@Fixer322 welcome. @RobbieKnobbie's steps are the right place to look: Manage → Settings → Workplane. Besides the Show grid checkbox, check the two colours there, Grid color and Darker line color. If one of them is white or close to the colour of the plate, the lines are still there but you cannot see them, and Show grid then seems to do nothing. The standard grid colour is a gold, #c08a12. A new design starts from the settings last saved with "Make default" in that browser, which is why a new project looks the same, and why reinstalling Chrome did not change it: that does not clear the data of your browser profile. Set both colours to something dark and press "Make default" again, so new designs start with them too. If that does not bring the lines back, tell me which colours are set there, or send a screenshot of that page. If you'd like to support the project, a small donation is very welcome. |

@Fixer322, it is out in 1.87.0: there is a Reset grid button at the end of the Workplane page in the settings: it puts the visibility, colours, spacing and line weight of the grid back to the standard. Reload the page to get it; the installed app needs a restart. |

Uh oh!

I was fiddling around with the settings, and now I have no grid on my workplane just the workplane and it is white. I opened a new project, and the workplane still has no gridlines. I press the Show Grid option, and nothing happens; still no gridlines. I closed the brower uninstalled Chrome, and still no change. Any help would be helpful. I am trying to complete something, but I don't have a grid anymore...
