Hole wizard

Would love to see a hole wizard like in Solidworks to make easy screw holes for tapered and countersunk screws and through holes and blind holes. I know it can all be done with a little work but the wizard is nice.

Can't you do that with all the screw shapes available. It has countersinks, insets and all that?
Just curious, never worked in solidworks before.

hi RID, It may not be the same workflow as SW, but Layerling already has that dedicated functionality in the COUNTERBORE and COUNTERSINK tools. The only significant difference is in SW you're selecting attributes, then placing the holes, while in Layerling you can wing it.

oh, and you don't get conical bottoms, but I can't see anyone sweating that detail :)

@RepairItDude, thank you for the idea and the video. As @RobbieKnobbie and @grmonsey wrote, the shape library has Counterbore, Countersink and Double Countersink, each with its sizes (hole diameter, head diameter, depths) adjustable afterwards, and a through hole or a blind hole is a plain cylinder hole of the length you want. What layerling does not have is a wizard that asks for a screw size first and picks the sizes from a standard table, and a conical bottom for blind holes. I have noted the idea.
